Return Policy
At SUMMAT, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Size Exchange Policy
If you receive an item that does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size only once. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds are not provided for size-related issues. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the replacement. Size Exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving of item. After SUMMAT has received the dress in the correct condition from the client, the new item will be delivered to the client in 10-14 days.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund. To initiate the refund process, you must return the item to us. The client must initiate the return of the dress in its original condition within 72 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be entertained. Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process your refund within 14 days.
3. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. Please ensure that you carefully consider your selection before completing your order.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Any order placed with SUMMAT can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase. Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour time period will not be entertained.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate an exchange or refund request, please contact our customer service team at support@summat.shop within 3 days of receiving your order. Ensure that the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
